All persons interested in participation in the summer school under the OP HP project titled "Information Technologies – Research and Their Interdisciplinary Applications" should send to the Project Office, by mail or over Internet, the following documents:

  1. Declaration of participation in the summer school,
  2. Declaration of participation in the Project,
  3. Consent to personal data processing,
  4. Personal questionnaire containing the description of research interests and achievements until now.
